Applicants are required to pay an initiation fee to enroll in membership in Grand Bay Club.

 Individual Family Membership: $16,500.00
Includes use of all Club facilities for one adult couple & children under the age of 23 living at home.

 Family / Corporate Membership Package $37,125.00
For three designated users (and their families). Each designated family user purchases the membership at $12,375.00.
Requirements: Minimum of three (3) designated users and their families. Users must be from the same family, corporation or business entity (owners, directors, etc.).

ANNUAL DUES $4,380.00
Limited Membership: $1,600.00 and $365/month.

Includes use of all Club facilities for one adult couple & children under the age of 23 living at home. This is a three month trial membership and the initiation fee can later be applied to a permanent membership.

Non-Refundable Initiation Fee If a Member’s application for membership privileges is approved, the initiation fee paid to the club shall immediately become non-refundable and deemed earned by the club. Such initiation fee may be transferable to any new applicant referred by Member requesting the transfer and which is approved by the club; all in accordance with the existing membership fee(s) assignability program, which program may be amended from time to time at the Club’s sole discretion and without notice.

 Applicable Sales Tax All applicants shall be responsible to pay all applicable sales tax on membership fee(s) and dues simultaneously with payment thereof.
